Women 'with health difficulties

We work with women with health difficulties such as menopause or recently diagnosed cancer can benefit from the principles of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), which emphasize skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, providing them with valuable support to navigate the complex emotions, physical challenges, and life adjustments associated with their conditions to embrace the life you desire and make it your own.

Why we use DBT

DBT is a talking therapy based on CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) whilst CBT focuses on helping you to change unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving, DBT differs from CBT in that it also focuses on accepting who you are at the same time, DBT is intense you will be encouraged to work hard cultivating positive transformations.
